SUSTAINABILITY

As part of a global organization working hard to set the standard for sustainable mobility and CO2 neutrality, we are committed to working with our nonprofit partners to protect the environment and reduce our impact on climate change. As a financial services organization, we also strive to help create economic and financial sustainability in our local communities.

SOCIAL INEQUITY

We believe it is our duty as a good corporate citizen to promote the equitable distribution of goods and services for our at-risk and under-served neighbors. We focus our efforts on populations such as Abuse Victims, At-Risk Youth, Elderly, Food Insecure, Homeless and other Marginalized Communities.

EDUCATION

We foster access to inclusive, quality education for all, specifically in the areas of Arts, Financial Literacy, Literacy and Mentorship. Additionally, we support educational efforts related to both Sustainability of natural resources and economic opportunity, Social Inequity and Diversity & Inclusion.

At Mercedes-Benz Financial Services we live our mission by developing long-term, multi-faceted and meaningful relationships with our community partners, including employee engagement opportunities, internal program development and financial support. Our employees engage directly with the community through the use of up to 16 hours of paid volunteer time, board positions and directed giving opportunities.
